Abstract

Pharmacological treatment of high blood pressure and high cholesterol should not be recommended for young persons, unless their 10 year risk of cardiovascular disease mortality is > 5-10%, their blood pressure > 180/100 mmHg or their cholesterol > 8 mmol/l.

摘要

除非年轻人的心血管疾病死亡10年风险大于5%-10%、血压高于180/100 mmHg或胆固醇高于8 mmol/l，否则不应建议对其进行高血压和高胆固醇的药物治疗。
