[A case of successful surgical management of a patient with acute thrombosis of the abdominal aorta and complicated gastric ulcer].

The authors describe a case report of surgical management of a patient presenting with a clinical picture of ascending thrombosis of the abdominal aorta on the background of Leriche's syndrome and perforated gastric ulcer complicated by penetration and haemorrhage.
