The total number of 192 campylabacteriosis cases were reported in 2007 in Poland. The incidence rate was 0.5 per 100,000 population. No death was reported. About 63% of patients were hospitalized. The species of Campylobacter was determined in 184 cases (96%): 160 cases (83%) were caused by C. jejuni infection and 20 (10%) by C. coli. Moreover, three cases of were caused by C. lari and one by C. upsalenssis. In 2007 three outbreaks were reported in Poland, all were considered family outbreaks.
