Abstract

The total number of 11,934 salmonellosis cases were reported in 2007 (13,362 in 2006), the incidence rate was 30.7 per 100,000 population. In total 251 outbreaks were reported involving 2 083 cases. The most common type of outbreaks were household outbreak. Over seventy percent of patients were hospitalized. However, in outbreaks the proportion of hospitalized persons was significantly lower--34%. As in previous years the seasonal peak was observed in July and August. Salmonella Enteritidis was the most frequently isolated serotype of Salmonella and constituted over 80% of cases. Children aged 2 are the most affected age group--incidence 373 per 100,000 population.

2007年共报告11934例沙门氏菌病病例（2006年为13362例），发病率为每10万人30.7例。共报告251起疫情，涉及2083例病例。最常见的疫情类型是家庭疫情。超过70%的患者住院治疗。然而，在疫情中住院患者的比例显著较低——为34%。与往年一样，7月和8月出现季节性高峰。肠炎沙门氏菌是最常分离出的沙门氏菌血清型，占病例的80%以上。2岁儿童是受影响最严重的年龄组——发病率为每10万人373例。
