Abstract
Two cases of ileocecal tuberculosis are presented. The diagnosis was achieved by endoscopic fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC), while endoscopic biopsies and brush cytology were negative. The usefulness of endoscopic FNAC in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal tract tuberculosis is highlighted.

本文报告了两例回盲部结核病例。诊断通过内镜细针穿刺抽吸细胞学检查（FNAC）得以实现，而内镜活检和刷检细胞学检查均为阴性。强调了内镜FNAC在胃肠道结核诊断中的作用。
