To report on a patient in whom hyperopic Implantable Collamer Lenses (ICL, STAAR Surgical, Nidau, Switzerland) and limbal relaxing incisions have been beneficial for the correction of hyperopic astigmatism after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK).
The 48-year-old man had undergone LASIK to correct high myopia 5 years earlier. Preoperatively, the manifest refraction was +2.25, -1.00 x 160, with an uncorrected visual acuity of 0.15 and a best spectacle-corrected visual acuity of 1.5.
Postoperatively, the manifest refraction was +0.50, -0.5 x 165, with an uncorrected visual acuity of 1.0 and a best spectacle-corrected visual acuity of 1.2. No serious complications were observed during the 10-month observation period.
Hyperopic Implantable Collamer Lenses implantation combined with limbal relaxing incisions may be an alternative for the treatment of hyperopic astigmatism after overcorrected myopic LASIK.

患者男,48 岁,5 年前行 LASIK 矫正高度近视,术前最佳矫正视力为 1.5。本次术前检查发现,患者右眼远视力为 0.15,右眼等效球镜为+2.25D,柱镜为-1.00D,轴位 160°;左眼等效球镜为+0.50D,柱镜为-0.50D,轴位 165°。
术后 10 个月,右眼等效球镜为+0.50D,柱镜为-0.50D,轴位 165°,最佳矫正视力为 1.0;左眼等效球镜为+0.50D,柱镜为-0.50D,轴位 165°,最佳矫正视力为 1.2,未观察到严重并发症。
对于 LASIK 术后过矫性远视散光,ICL 植入联合角膜缘松解切口手术可能是一种替代治疗方法。
