To evaluate the clinical effect of using high concentration Pingyangmycin to treat vascular malformation in oral and maxillofacial region.
One hundred and fourteen patients with venous malformation in oral and maxillofacial region (50 males and 64 females, age range: 12-76 years) were treated in our department from 2002 to 2008. The lesions ranged in size from 2.0cmx1.5cm to 15cmx10cm. Pingyangmycin (about 8mg/3mL) was injected into the center or periphery of the venous malformation, the injection was repeated every 15 to 30 days when necessary, and may be conducted for 1-5 times. Based on clinical data, retrospective analysis was carried out for the patients who had been followed up for 0.5-5 years after the last treatment. The scale of the results was graded to excellent, good, fair, and poor.
The curative rate of subcutaneous venous malformation and mucosal venous malformation was 92% and 96%, respectively.
It can be concluded that Pingyangmycin injection at high concentration is safe and effective in the treatment of venous malformation in oral and maxillofacial region.
评估使用高浓度平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部血管畸形的临床效果。
2002年至2008年我科收治114例口腔颌面部静脉畸形患者（男50例，女64例，年龄12 - 76岁）。病变大小为2.0cm×1.5cm至15cm×10cm。将平阳霉素（约8mg/3mL）注入静脉畸形的中心或周边，必要时每15至30天重复注射，可进行1至5次。根据临床资料，对末次治疗后随访0.5至5年的患者进行回顾性分析。结果评定标准分为优、良、中、差。
皮下静脉畸形和黏膜静脉畸形的治愈率分别为92%和96%。
可以得出结论，高浓度平阳霉素注射治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形安全有效。
