Abstract
The authors studied occupational morbidity accumulated over 35 years in oil industry workers of Bashkortostan Republic. Leading place in morbidity structure is occupied by diseases caused by physical overload and certain organs and systems overstrain (81.5%), by physical factors (10.6%). Occupational respiratory diseases cover 6.4%, oil products intoxications--3.1%, skin diseases--0.6%.

作者研究了巴什科尔托斯坦共和国石油行业工人35年来积累的职业发病率。发病率结构中占主导地位的是由身体超负荷以及某些器官和系统过度劳损引起的疾病（81.5%），由物理因素引起的疾病占10.6%。职业性呼吸道疾病占6.4%，石油产品中毒占3.1%，皮肤病占0.6%。
