Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the skin and subcutaneous tissue. It may occur anywhere in skin containing apocrine sweat glands, but it most often affects the skin of the axilla and the inguinoperineal region. HS of the perineal region is frequently misdiagnosed as other inflammatory conditions, resulting in inappropriate treatment. The best treatment is excision of all the affected skin and subcutaneous tissue. We describe 3 patients with extensive HS and the results of their treatment.
化脓性汗腺炎（HS）是一种皮肤和皮下组织的慢性炎症性疾病。它可能发生在含有顶泌汗腺的皮肤的任何部位，但最常累及腋窝和腹股沟会阴区域的皮肤。会阴区域的HS常被误诊为其他炎症性疾病，导致治疗不当。最佳治疗方法是切除所有受影响的皮肤和皮下组织。我们描述了3例广泛性HS患者及其治疗结果。
