The ripe edible fruits of Psidium guajava L. was phytochemically investigated, three benzophenone glycosides, 2, 6-dihydroxy-3, 5-dimethyl-4-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-benzophenone (1), 2, 6-dihydroxy-3-methyl-4-O-(6''-O-galloyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)-benzophenone (2), 2, 6-dihydroxy-3, 5-dimethyl-4-O-(6''-O-galloyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)-benzophenone (3) were isolated by means of chromatography, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of mass spectrometry, (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, HSQC and HMBC data. 番石榴成熟可食用的果实经植物化学研究,分离得到三种苯甲酮糖苷:2,6-二羟基-3,5-二甲基-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基苯甲酮(1)、2,6-二羟基-3-甲基-4-O-(6”-O-没食子酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)-苯甲酮(2)、2,6-二羟基-3,5-二甲基-4-O-(6”-O-没食子酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)-苯甲酮(3)。通过色谱法进行分离,并基于质谱、(1)H NMR、(13)C NMR、HSQC 和 HMBC 数据阐明了它们的结构。化合物 1 和 2 为新型苯甲酮糖苷,本文报道了化合物 3 的完整光谱归属。
