This paper makes a few remarks on the importance of physical education in medical curriculum. Data are presented to show the physical fitness profile of medical students. Regular physical activity is important to promote their health oriented behaviour. Moreover, the sport offers a number of improvements in the university life. It is also emphasized that elementary sports physiology is necessary for all practitioners dealing with public health problems.
本文就体育教育在医学课程中的重要性作了几点论述。文中呈现的数据展示了医学生的身体素质状况。定期进行体育活动对于促进他们以健康为导向的行为很重要。此外，体育运动对大学生活有诸多改善。还强调了基础运动生理学对于所有处理公共卫生问题的从业者来说都是必要的。
