Abstract
A rare case of right eye lime burns resulting in total conjunctival defect, enucleation, and fused eyelids is reported. This article describes total conjunctival sac reconstruction using a split-thickness skin graft combined with a spherical orbital implant, which may be a good choice for treating such a disorder.
