The CT and autopsy findings in a case of bone tracer uptake by a spleen infiltrated with metastatic breast carcinoma is presented. Calcium could not be demonstrated by either CT or special stains of histologic sections of the spleen. The mechanisms that have been postulated for radiotracer uptake by the spleen are reviewed in relationship to the correlation by this case. In addition, bone tracer uptake did not occur in five other sites of metastatic disease.
本文报告了一例脾脏被转移性乳腺癌浸润并摄取骨显像剂的CT及尸检结果。CT及脾脏组织学切片的特殊染色均未显示钙的存在。结合该病例的相关性，对脾脏摄取放射性示踪剂的假定机制进行了综述。此外，在其他五个转移病灶部位未出现骨显像剂摄取情况。
