We present a case of low-pressure injection injury of the left index finger caused by puncture of the nozzle of a spray can. It resulted in symptoms as severe as those from a high-pressure injection injury. Several debridements meant that the finger did not have to be amputated. The raw surface was covered with a V-Y advancement flap.
