Abstract
Author report 3 cases of total tibial pandiaphysis sequestration with total excision and secondary fibula bone grafting. Lenght, axis and strength of the leg were recovered when a built in fibula graft was realized.

作者报告了3例全胫骨骨干骺端骨分离伴全切除及二期腓骨植骨的病例。当采用内置腓骨移植时，下肢的长度、轴线和强度得以恢复。
