Some cases of focal or segmental vitiligo are refractory to medical treatment, and surgical management is the treatment of choice. Postsurgical exposure to ultraviolet B rays can lead to faster and better cosmetic results.
To determine the long-term results of combination therapy with split-skin-thickness grafting and 308-nm excimer laser for the management of stable focal or segmental vitiligo.
Seventeen patients (8 female, 9 male) with stable focal or segmental vitiligo not responding to nonsurgical modalities were treated with split-skin-thickness grafting and postgrafting with 32 sessions of 308-nm excimer laser, beginning 2 weeks after surgery. The patients were followed up every year for evaluation of results.
All seventeen (100%) patients showed repigmentation, and overall results were graded as excellent in 12 patients and good in the other five at the end of excimer laser therapy. Final evaluation done at the end of 1 year revealed excellent results in all 17 patients. Two patients developed new vitiligo lesion on other parts of the body during follow-up. None of the patients developed depigmentation of the transplanted skin.
Combination treatment with split-skin-thickness grafting and postsurgical exposure to 308-nm excimer laser in patients with stable focal or segmental vitiligo can lead to fast, cosmetically good, long-lasting results.
有些局限性或节段性白癜风病例对药物治疗有抗性，手术治疗是首选。术后接受紫外线 B 射线照射可带来更快更好的美容效果。

17 例（8 女，9 男）稳定局限性或节段性白癜风患者，经非手术治疗无效，接受自体薄皮片移植联合术后 308nm 准分子激光治疗（术后 2 周开始，共 32 次）。每年对患者进行随访，评估治疗效果。
所有 17 例（100%）患者均出现复色，激光治疗结束时，12 例疗效评为优，5 例评为良。激光治疗结束后 1 年的最终评估显示，所有 17 例患者均获优效。2 例患者在随访期间于身体其他部位出现新的白癜风皮损。无患者出现移植皮区色素减退。
稳定局限性或节段性白癜风患者应用自体薄皮片移植联合术后 308nm 准分子激光治疗可获得快速、美观、持久的疗效。
