[Primary meningioma of the nose and the paranasal sinus].

Primary extracranial and extraspinal meningiomas are not very common, less than 1% out of meningiomas and with a pathogeny not well defined. Less than 60 cases have been described so far. The histopathological diagnosis can be really difficult. All the cases published were diagnosed after an anatomopathological study.
