Twenty-three cases of dislocation of the peroneal tendons were found during routine orthopedic examinations of neonates and infants. All but one case was without foot deformity. One case was treated with a cast, and the others received no treatment. Follow-up observations revealed that the dislocations resolved spontaneously in almost all cases. This condition seems to be not as rare as had been previously considered. Dislocations of the peroneal tendons in neonates and infants without foot deformity should be untreated and allowed to resolve spontaneously.
在对新生儿和婴儿进行常规骨科检查时发现了23例腓骨肌腱脱位病例。除1例外，所有病例均无足部畸形。1例采用石膏固定治疗，其余未接受治疗。随访观察发现，几乎所有病例的脱位均自行缓解。这种情况似乎并不像以前认为的那样罕见。对于无足部畸形的新生儿和婴儿腓骨肌腱脱位，应不予治疗，任其自行缓解。
