The property that the bimorph deformation is generated along a quadratic curve is used to form a variable quadratic mirror surface so that an effective dynamic-focusing mirror system is realized. The effectiveness and the limitations of the method are examined numerically with some comparisons with the COAT system. A typical simple dynamic-focusing mirror system is constructed using this method. The results of numerical analysis and experiment show the usefulness of the method for dynamic focusing of laser beams.
利用双压电晶片沿二次曲线产生变形的特性来形成可变二次镜面,从而实现有效的动态聚焦镜系统。通过与COAT系统进行一些比较,对该方法的有效性和局限性进行了数值研究。采用该方法构建了一个典型的简单动态聚焦镜系统。数值分析和实验结果表明了该方法在激光束动态聚焦方面的实用性。
