The method of estimation of the diabetic foot syndrome severity, depending on its clinical form, stage, results of laboratory and instrumental investigations, was elaborated. Clinical usage of the method proposed permits to choose the optimal curative tactics, to lower the frequency of the lower extremity high amputation performance.
根据糖尿病足综合征的临床类型、分期、实验室及器械检查结果，阐述了评估其严重程度的方法。所提出方法的临床应用有助于选择最佳治疗策略，降低下肢高位截肢的发生率。
