The format of mandatory and free selections on a check-off list was found to be an ineffective learning tool for radiation therapy technology students. Changing to an incremental skill development format resulted in students with enhanced technical ability and a well-rounded clinical education. This study presents first and second level objectives for weekly incremental skill development.
人们发现,勾选清单上的强制和自由选择形式对放射治疗技术专业的学生来说并不是一种有效的学习工具。改为渐进式技能发展形式后,学生的技术能力得到了提高,临床教育也更加全面。本研究提出了每周渐进式技能发展的一级和二级目标。
