100 cases of occupational disease 70--expertises from the years 1982 through 1986--were reviewed. Partly, considerable deficiences were found in hygienic exposure analyses as well as in orthopaedic expertises. About one third of the workers with acknowledged occupational disease 70 had fitness relevant occupational independent pre-damage of the spine. From the results conclusions were drawn for the prospective processing of the occupational disease 70 as well as for the fitness evaluation of workers with heavy physical work.
回顾了1982年至1986年间的100例70号职业病病例——专家意见。部分卫生接触分析以及骨科专家意见中发现了相当大的缺陷。在已确诊患有70号职业病的工人中，约三分之一有与健康相关的脊柱职业性独立损伤前情况。根据这些结果，得出了关于70号职业病的前瞻性处理以及从事重体力劳动工人健康评估的结论。
