To report one case of metastatic paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma in a 14 years old patient, classified as stage IIb (IRSG).
After treatment with radical surgery (orchiectomy and lymphadenectomy), polychemotherapy and radiotherapy, showed good evolution initially.
12 months after surgery the patient is disease free.
Adjuvant treatment is very important in the prognosis of this kind of tumors.
报告一例14岁转移性睾丸旁横纹肌肉瘤患者，根据国际横纹肌肉瘤研究组（IRSG）分类为IIb期。
经根治性手术（睾丸切除术和淋巴结清扫术）、多药化疗及放疗后，初期病情进展良好。
术后12个月患者无疾病迹象。
辅助治疗对这类肿瘤的预后非常重要。
