The changes in LDH isozymogram of 36 burned patients in shock period are reported. The results show as follows: 1. The characteristics of LDH isozymogram spectrum are: A. LDH1 greater than LDH2; B. The activity of LDH5 is enhanced. C. The 3 main types of LDH isozymogram spectrum are: LDH1 greater than LDH2 greater than LDH3 greater than LDH4 greater than LDH5 LDH1 greater than LDH2 greater than LDH3 greater than LDH5 greater than LDH4 LDH1 greater than LDH2 greater than LDH5 greater than LDH3 greater than LDH4 2. In the severe and extensive cases, the incidence of LDH1 greater than LDH2 is higher.
报告了36例烧伤休克期患者乳酸脱氢酶同工酶谱的变化。结果如下：1. 乳酸脱氢酶同工酶谱特征为：A. LDH1大于LDH2；B. LDH5活性增强。C. 乳酸脱氢酶同工酶谱的3种主要类型为：LDH1＞LDH2＞LDH3＞LDH4＞LDH5、LDH1＞LDH2＞LDH3＞LDH5＞LDH4、LDH1＞LDH2＞LDH5＞LDH3＞LDH4 2. 在重度和大面积烧伤病例中，LDH1大于LDH2的发生率较高。
