Ulceration is a frequent complication of proliferating haemangioma.
Four patients with ulcerated hemangioma aged 2, 4, 5 months and 5 weeks were treated with 2 mg/kg KG propranolol.
Efficacy and safety of propranolol were excellent in all four cases.
Propranolol may be the first-choice therapy for ulcerated haemangioma.
