Abstract
Osseous involvement in schwannoma (neurilemmoma) is rare. This report presents a case of intraosseous schwannoma in a child. The lesion was located in the second metacarpal of his right hand and had a soft tissue extension into the first web space.

骨内神经鞘瘤（神经膜瘤）很少见。本报告介绍了一名儿童的骨内神经鞘瘤病例。病变位于其右手第二掌骨，并向第一掌间隙有软组织延伸。
