The carinal reconstruction with endstanding anastomosis of 3 ostiums is a rare variety of techniques for tracheobronchoplasty. This is a possibility of maximum preservation of lung tissue. 8 carinal resections were performed on 6 tracheal and 2 bronchial bifurcations and a primary reconstruction of a new carina was done in all cases. There were no complications and no patient died postoperatively. Intraoperative histological examinations of all tracheal and bronchial margins and longterm follow up are needed.
采用3个开口的直立吻合进行隆突重建是气管支气管成形术中一种罕见的技术。这是最大程度保留肺组织的一种可能性。对6例气管分叉和2例支气管分叉进行了8次隆突切除，并在所有病例中对新隆突进行了一期重建。无并发症发生，术后无患者死亡。需要对所有气管和支气管切缘进行术中组织学检查及长期随访。
