To study the feasibility of ginsenoside Rg1 administrated from nasal route.
The safty of ginsenoside Rg1 was evaluated by testing cilia movement of the in situ toad palate model. The stability of ginsenoside Rg1 to nasal enzymes and pH was evaluated by HPLC method. Nasal circulatory perfusion test in vivo had been empolyed to investigated absorption effect of ginsenoside Rg1 from nasal mucosa.
Ginsenoside Rg1 was safe to the cilia movement. Meanwhile, it's stable to nasal enzymes and pH. Ginsenoside Rg1 can be absorbed from nasal route.
It's feasible to administrate ginsenoside Rg1 from nasal route.

通过检测原位蟾蜍腭模型的纤毛运动来评估人参皂苷Rg1的安全性。采用高效液相色谱法评估人参皂苷Rg1对鼻腔酶和pH的稳定性。运用体内鼻腔循环灌注试验研究人参皂苷Rg1从鼻黏膜的吸收效果。
