Abstract

This review outlines the perioperative anesthesia considerations of patients with vascular diseases of the central nervous system, including occlusive cerebrovascular diseases with ischemic risks and various cerebrovascular malformations with hemorrhagic potential. The discussion emphasizes perioperative management strategies to prevent complications and minimize their effects if they occur.
