The mental status was evaluated in 179 males on the 17-20 and 35-45 days and 6 months after myocardial infarction. The psychoemotional state was studied in these patients at rehabilitation stages. There was a relationship between the neurotization level and frequency of cardialgia, severity of the disease and tolerance to physical load. Correction of psychoemotional disorders increased rehabilitation efficacy.
