To establish the fingerprint of Semen Strychni and the processed by HPLC.
The HPLC Method was used, the chromatgraphic conditions were as follows: Chromatographic column: Lichrospher C18 (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm), mobile phase: solvent A consisted of water-ethanoic acid-triethylamine (100: 0.2: 0.2), solvent B contained acetonitril (gradient elution), column temperature: 30 degrees C, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength: 254 nm.
The similar degree of 10 batch samples buiding sharing mode of crude drug and processed product was above 0.9. 18 common peaks in chromatograms were separated from 10 batches of Semen Strychni samples and 21 common peaks in chromatograms were separated from 10 batches of the processed.
This study establishes the HPLC fingerprint commonmode, and researches the difference between Semen Strychni and the processed in HPLC fingerprint.
建立马钱子及其炮制品的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。
采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件如下:色谱柱:Lichrospher C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:溶剂A由水 - 乙酸 - 三乙胺(100:0.2:0.2)组成,溶剂B为乙腈(梯度洗脱),柱温:30℃,流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:254nm。
10批生品及炮制品共有模式相似度均在0.9以上。从10批马钱子样品的色谱图中分离出18个共有峰,从10批炮制品的色谱图中分离出21个共有峰。
本研究建立了马钱子高效液相色谱指纹图谱共有模式,并研究了马钱子及其炮制品高效液相色谱指纹图谱的差异。
