The intentions of the university hospital doing a home visit medical care by dispatching doctors and nurses are to understand the site of home medical care and to make the best use of knowledge how the patient can be adjusted in the home environment after leaving the hospital, form a better coordinated system with the community health organization, and to educate the nursing technique directly to the community health organization.
大学医院派遣医生和护士进行家访医疗护理的目的是了解家庭医疗护理场所，充分利用患者出院后如何在家庭环境中进行调整的知识，与社区卫生组织形成更好的协调体系，并直接向社区卫生组织传授护理技术。
