A 48-year-old white man with Hodgkin's disease was referred for bone imaging. There was intense accumulation of the bone imaging agent in the stomach and in the region of the upper lobe of the right lung. Subsequent biopsy and histological examination revealed that there was amorphous calcifications in the mucosal layer of the stomach. Possible causes for this calcification are discussed.
