Abstract

A case of paresthesia of the mental nerve following over-extension of root canal filling material into the inferior alveolar canal is presented. The causes of this complication are discussed and the importance of performing surgical treatment as early as possible is emphasized.

本文报告1例根管充填材料超填至下牙槽神经管导致颏神经感觉异常的病例。讨论了该并发症的病因，并强调了尽早进行手术治疗的重要性。
