[The effect of thymectomy and thymosin on lipid peroxidation in the lymphocytes and subcellular liver organelles of rats].

Ascorbate and NADPH-dependent peroxidation lipid oxidation (PLO) in lymphocytes, mitochondria and microsomes of rat's liver was studied with the absence of hormone influence of the thymus. The results of the studies showed that thymus hormones do not only influence immunostimulating but also antioxidation action.
