Abstract
A new human leukocyte antigen-B allele, B51:84 (B5184), has been found in Taiwan. It differs from B51:01:01(B510101) by one nucleotide substitution at codon 145 (CGC →GGC), resulting to one amino acid change (Arginine to Glycine).

在台湾发现了一种新的人类白细胞抗原-B等位基因，即B51:84（B5184）。它与B51:01:01（B510101）在密码子145处有一个核苷酸替换（CGC→GGC）不同，导致一个氨基酸变化（精氨酸变为甘氨酸）。
