Abstract
Our experience with treatment of 758 patients with bleeding pyloroduodenal ulcers evidence in favour of expediency to perform diagnostic ++pyloro-duodenotomy. ++Pyloro-duodenotomy is a mandatory stage of excision of bleeding pyloroduodenal ulcers. Improvement and differential choice of its methods permits to enlarge the store of surgical interventions on the pyloroduodenal zone.

我们对758例幽门十二指肠溃疡出血患者的治疗经验表明，进行诊断性++幽门十二指肠切开术是可行的。++幽门十二指肠切开术是切除出血性幽门十二指肠溃疡的必要步骤。改进其方法并进行鉴别选择，可以增加幽门十二指肠区域的外科手术方式。 （注：原文中“++”部分含义不明，可能影响准确理解，以上翻译尽量按照原文表述）
