A review of 127 operations for the secondary correction of cleft lip nasal deformities among 65 patients emphasizes the need for a wide repertoire of surgical techniques to achieve a natural-appearing nose with symmetry. The use of nasolabial flaps, pedicled or island, may allow the correction of several cleft lip nasal deformities which are not really reversed by other techniques. These are described, with the suggested repairs.
