It was established that the appearance of cerebrovascular side-effects due to corinfar treatment in patients with hypertensive disease is related to a significant increase of the pulse arterial inflow into the cranial cavity. Examination of the cerebral hemodynamics allows to realize their prognosis by the values of distensibility of the cerebral arteries and peripheral vascular resistance.
