[Renal oncocytoma: presentation of a new case].

An additional case of this uncommon renal tumor is reported herein, highlighting its benign nature and the need for pathologicoanatomic confirmation of the diagnosis. We underscore the fact that precise preoperative diagnosis cannot be made by imaging techniques.
