The principles of cutaneous plasty in IV degree burns with uncovering, or primary death of the deep structures (tendons, bone, joints) are substantiated. The necessity and possibility to perform early plasty with fatty-cutaneous flaps irrespective of character of the inflammatory process and degree of microbial contamination of the wounds are proved; peculiarities of its different methods (use of interpolated and sliding flaps, Filatov's graft, "Italian plasty", dermotension, plasty with the pedicle graft, free transfer of the fatty-cutaneous flaps) are noted. On the basis of the experience with plasty of more than in 250 sufferers, the frequency of performing its separate types, effectiveness, results of social and vocational rehabilitation of the patients are presented.
对伴有深部结构（肌腱、骨骼、关节）外露或原发性坏死的Ⅳ度烧伤的皮肤整形原则进行了论证。证实了无论炎症过程的性质和伤口的微生物污染程度如何，均有必要且有可能早期采用脂肪皮瓣进行整形；指出了其不同方法（插入式和滑行皮瓣的使用、菲拉托夫移植术、“意大利整形术”、皮肤扩张术、带蒂移植整形术、脂肪皮瓣的游离转移）的特点。根据250多名患者的整形经验，介绍了其不同类型的实施频率、有效性以及患者的社会和职业康复结果。
