This paper presents a quantitative determination of the seed activity of Fritillaria thunbergii. The result shows that the optical density (O. D.) of highly active seeds is 0.241-0.247, of lowly active seeds is 0.171-0.192 and of inactive seeds is 0.005-0.006.
本文介绍了浙贝母种子活性的定量测定方法。结果表明，高活性种子的光密度（O.D.）为0.241 - 0.247，低活性种子的光密度为0.171 - 0.192，无活性种子的光密度为0.005 - 0.006。
