Populations of yeast Saccharomyces carlsbergensis and Candida quilliermondii were divided into cell classes with different volumes. In each class volumes of nuclei, vacuoles and lipid incorporation were measured. With the increase of cell volumes, volumes of organoides increased too, but the relative volume of nucleus decreased, and the relative volumes of vacuoles and of lipid incorporation increased.
将卡尔酵母(Saccharomyces carlsbergensis)和季也蒙念珠菌(Candida quilliermondii)群体分为具有不同体积的细胞类别。在每个类别中,测量细胞核、液泡的体积以及脂质掺入量。随着细胞体积的增加,细胞器的体积也增加,但细胞核的相对体积减小,而液泡和脂质掺入的相对体积增加。
