Intrasplenic metastases are an uncommon manifestation of malignant disease. Between 1980 and 1990, focal splenic lesions were diagnosed through sonography in 178 patients at our hospital. In 13 of these cases (7.3%), the final diagnosis was intrasplenic metastasis. A variety of echo patterns was observed, with hypoechoic (n = 11) lesions being typical. The clinical significance of these findings is discussed.
脾内转移是恶性疾病的一种罕见表现。1980年至1990年间，我院通过超声检查诊断出178例患者存在局灶性脾病变。其中13例（7.3%）最终诊断为脾内转移。观察到多种回声模式，以低回声病变（n = 11）最为典型。本文讨论了这些发现的临床意义。
