支气管颗粒细胞成肌细胞瘤合并支气管扩张1例（作者译）

A case of granular cell myoblastoma of a 33 year old man has been presented. The tumor arising from a subsegmental bronchus of the right upper lobe caused bronchial obstruction with a distal localized bronchiectasia, appearing clinically as bronchogenic cyst.

本文报告一例33岁男性颗粒细胞瘤病例。肿瘤起源于右上叶亚段支气管，导致支气管阻塞并伴有远端局限性支气管扩张，临床表现为支气管囊肿。
