[Epithelial-mesenchymal tumor of the thyreoid associated with a colonic cancer (author's transl)].

A 76 year-old woman suffered from the simultaneous occurrence of a malignant metastazising tumor of the thyreoid and a colonic cancer without metastases. The thyreoid tumor was composed of epithelial and mesenchymal elements, among them a malignant angiosarcoma. Both elements were found not only in the primary tumor but also in the metastases.
