Abstract
- Effects of 8-(N,N-diethylamino)octyl-3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoate hydrochloride (TMB-8), an inhibitor of intracellular calcium release, on renal function were examined in anaesthetized dogs. 2. Intrarenal arterial infusion of TMB-8 (0.03 and 0.1 mg/kg per min) increased urine flow rate, urinary sodium excretion and fractional excretion of sodium without affecting blood pressure, renal blood flow or glomerular filtration rate. 3. The results suggest that TMB-8 inhibits tubular sodium reabsorption to induce natriuresis.

- 研究了细胞内钙释放抑制剂盐酸8 -（N，N - 二乙氨基）辛基 - 3,4,5 - 三甲氧基苯甲酸酯（TMB - 8）对麻醉犬肾功能的影响。2. 肾内动脉输注TMB - 8（0.03和0.1毫克/千克每分钟）可增加尿流率、尿钠排泄和钠分数排泄，而不影响血压、肾血流量或肾小球滤过率。3. 结果表明，TMB - 8抑制肾小管钠重吸收以诱导利钠作用。
