Infection or breakdown of a wound in the groin is a dreaded complication in vascular surgery. On 8 patients with such impending or declared wound complications, a distally pedicaled sartorius muscle-flap was performed immediately after wound debridement, to cover the autologeous or alloplastic vascular graft. In all but one case the groin healed promptly. In 6 cases the vascular repair remained patent.
腹股沟伤口感染或破溃是血管外科中令人恐惧的并发症。对于8例出现此类伤口并发症先兆或已确诊的患者，在伤口清创后立即进行了带蒂缝匠肌肌瓣转移术，以覆盖自体或异体血管移植物。除1例患者外，其余患者的腹股沟伤口均迅速愈合。6例患者的血管修复保持通畅。
