Carcinomas of the biliary tree present very difficult problems in diagnosis and treatment. Low common bile duct tumors, excluding papillary tumors, are rare but not easily detectable preoperatively and correctly treated. Authors report their clinical experience on the argument.
胆管癌在诊断和治疗方面存在非常棘手的问题。胆总管下段肿瘤（不包括乳头状肿瘤）较为罕见，术前不易被发现，也难以得到正确治疗。作者报告了他们在此方面的临床经验。
