A comprehensive allergological examinations of 92 patients with lesions of the nose and paranasal cavities and 20 essentially healthy subjects was carried out, using skin tests and neutrophil tests. Half of the patients showed sensitization to Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes allergens, which occurred more frequently in patients with chronic purulent sinusitis. It is recommended to expose such patients to allergological examinations and to prescribe, if indicated, desensitization therapy.
对92例鼻及鼻窦病变患者和20例基本健康的受试者进行了全面的变态反应学检查，采用皮肤试验和中性粒细胞试验。一半的患者对金黄色葡萄球菌和化脓性链球菌过敏原呈致敏状态，这在慢性化脓性鼻窦炎患者中更为常见。建议对这类患者进行变态反应学检查，并在有指征时进行脱敏治疗。
